At MMI Jewellers, orders can be delivered every day of the week. The delivery costs are determined based on the chosen service and its destination. During the ordering process, you will find the available delivery options displayed at checkout, tailored to your destination.
Cash on Delivery (COD) service is offered for customers in Greece, Cyprus, Bulgaria, and Romania. You can find the relevant prices listed below:

Greece:
• Cash on delivery cost: 5.00 €
• Shipping cost: Free

Cyprus:
• Cash on delivery cost: 20.00 €
• Shipping cost: 15.00 €

Bulgaria & Romania:
• Cash on delivery cost: 15.00 €
• Shipping cost: 10.00 €

Delivery times

Delivery within Greece: Delivered within 2-3 working days.
Delivery for most of Europe: Delivered within 2-4 working days.
Rest of the world: Delivered within 3-7 working days.
Delivery times are based on the time your package is sent and should only be used as a guide. MMI Jewellers cannot take responsibility for customs clearance delays or failed payments, though we’ll try to minimise any potential delays.
Please take note that the delivery times mentioned above apply only to ready-made products. Custom jewelry items, are exclusively crafted for you, and as such, we kindly request that you allow up to 30 working days for their production.

Returns and Exchanges

At MMI Jewellers, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We understand that sometimes a product may not meet your expectations or there might be a need for an exchange. This Returns and Exchanges policy outlines the guidelines and procedures for returning or exchanging items purchased from our website. Please read the following information carefully.

Eligibility for Returns and Exchanges:

– Items must be in their original condition, unworn, and undamaged.
– Returns and exchanges must be initiated within 14 days of the delivery date.
– Personalized, engraved, or custom-made items are not eligible for return or exchange unless there is a manufacturing defect or an error on our part.
– Earrings, Grillz and other intimate or hygienic items, for sanitary reasons, are not eligible for return or exchange.

Initiating a Return or Exchange:

– To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our customer support team by email or contact form within the specified timeframe.
– Provide your order details, reason for the return/exchange, and any relevant information to assist us in processing your request.

Return Shipping Process:

– We will provide you with detailed instructions on how to return the item, including the return shipping address.
– Ensure that the item is securely packaged and protected to prevent damage during transit.

Evaluation and Processing:

– Upon receiving the returned item, our team will inspect it to ensure it meets the eligibility criteria mentioned above.
– If the item is deemed eligible, we will proceed with the refund/exchange process as per your request.
– Refunds will be issued to the original payment method, and exchanges will be processed promptly.

Refund and Exchange Options:

Non-Returnable and Non-Refundable Items:

– Personalized, engraved, or custom-made items, unless there is a manufacturing defect or an error on our part.
– Earrings, Grillz and other intimate or hygienic items.

Damaged or Defective Items:

– In the unlikely event that you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately.
